Last weekend we participated in the Medical Job Fair in Budapest, Hungary. We met many doctors and medical students face-to-face. They were interested in moving and working abroad. Many of them found out about our current offers in Germany and in Scandinavia, as well as free of charge 3.5-month long intensive language courses on the Paragona Campus. In contrary those, who prefer to work in Germany and are required to speak basic German, may improve their language skills during a month long course.
On Sunday we met the candidates in our Assessment Centre to give them better view on Paragona services. We explained the doctors about the recruitment process, interview with the future employer, language courses, and adaptation in the new country.
